1. Service purpose

Leirod is a nutrition, fitness and personal progress tracking app. It lets you log meals, workouts, authorized health data, goals, preferences and messages with an AI assistant.

The service provides general information, estimates, analyses and personalized recommendations based on the data you provide or authorize.

2. Not a medical device

Leirod is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Information provided by Leirod, including calorie targets, workout recommendations, nutrition analyses, reports, reminders and AI responses, never replaces advice from a physician, dietitian, physical therapist, certified coach or other qualified professional.

3. Safety, injuries and contraindications

Consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing physical activity, a diet plan or a weight-loss/weight-gain goal, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, heart history, eating disorder or medical treatment.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience unusual pain, faintness, dizziness, abnormal shortness of breath, chest pain or any concerning symptom.
Do not use Leirod for a medical emergency. Contact emergency services or a healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for adapting intensity, load, technique, nutrition and recovery to your real condition.

4. Artificial intelligence and estimates

AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable information. Meal, calorie, macro, workout, report and advice outputs must be checked by the user.

You must not blindly follow an AI recommendation when it appears dangerous, excessive, incompatible with your health or contrary to professional guidance.

5. Health data and privacy

Health data is processed only with your permission, according to the app privacy policy. You can withdraw health permissions from your device settings.

6. Coaches and data viewing

If you link your account to a coach, that coach can view your data in read-only mode as part of the coaching relationship you chose. Leirod does not guarantee advice or decisions made by a third-party coach.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leirod is not liable for damage resulting from unsuitable use of the service, incorrect information provided by the user, failure to follow health warnings, or a decision made without professional advice where such advice was needed.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including bodily injury caused by legally attributable fault.

8. Acceptance and updates

By creating your profile in the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the app privacy policy and the health warning.

Leirod may update these terms. A new acceptance may be requested in case of material changes.
