Reward Program 🎁

The concept

Leirod gets better thanks to you. Every reported bug and every feature idea helps us build a better app — so we decided to reward the people who contribute.

How to participate

Everything happens directly in the app: it's the program's official channel, and the simplest one.

1. In the app, open your profile and tap "📬 Send feedback to the developer".
2. Pick the 🐛 Bug or 💡 Suggestion category, then describe your report or idea as precisely as possible. For a bug, you can attach a screenshot.
3. Your message reaches us instantly, timestamped and linked to your account: your priority is proven automatically, nothing else to provide.
4. We keep you posted if your bug gets confirmed or your idea gets built.

Can't go through the app (security vulnerability, sign-in issue…)? Write to us at leirod.coach@gmail.com and mention your Leirod account email.

The rules

• First come, first rewarded: the arrival timestamp of your message is what counts.
• A bug must be reproducible and confirmed by us. An issue we already know about or that was already reported is not eligible.
• An idea is only rewarded if it's actually built and available in the app. Suggesting a feature doesn't guarantee it will be developed.
• One reward per bug or feature — but no limit on how many rewards you can stack up.
• A Leirod account is required to receive the reward: premium is activated directly on it.
• Granting rewards remains at our discretion, in particular to decide between similar ideas or to judge how precise a report is. We commit to playing fair: this program only makes sense if you can trust us.

🔒 Think you've found a security vulnerability? Report it to us directly by email, without disclosing it publicly. These reports are of course eligible for the reward.
