How do I create an account?

Download the app, then sign in with your Google account. No password to create or remember.

I lost access to my account, what should I do?

Leirod uses Google sign-in: there is no Leirod-specific password. Simply sign back in with your Google account. If you encounter any issue, contact us at leirod.dev@gmail.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the app settings and tap "Delete my account." All your personal data will be permanently erased in compliance with GDPR. You can also email us at leirod.dev@gmail.com to request deletion.

How does the subscription work?

Leirod offers a premium subscription that unlocks all AI features. The subscription is managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You can manage or cancel it anytime from your store settings.

How do I sync my health data?

On Android, Leirod connects to Health Connect. On iOS, the app uses Apple Health. Enable sync in the app settings and authorize access to the requested data.

How does AI analysis work?

Simply take a photo of your meal or describe your workout. The AI analyzes the content and provides a detailed nutritional breakdown or a session summary with improvement suggestions.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Your data is hosted in Europe and processed in compliance with GDPR. The app-specific privacy policy is available from the Leirod settings on your device.

How do I report a bug?

Send us an email at leirod.dev@gmail.com describing the issue, your device, and the app version. We'll address your report as soon as possible.

Subscription & Billing

The Leirod subscription is managed directly by your store (App Store or Google Play).

To modify your subscription, go to your App Store or Google Play Store settings.
You can cancel anytime. Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
